ADVANCED TRAINING & DIVE CONFIDENCE
Spend two immersive days completing your Advanced Open Water Course, developing deeper diving skills through guided adventure dives. Focus on advanced navigation, buoyancy control, and deeper profiles while gaining confidence under the close supervision of your instructor.

Complete your journey with one unforgettable day of diving in Sipadan. Descend along legendary walls and drop‑offs, surrounded by turtles, swirling fish schools, and big‑animal action. An iconic experience reserved for confident Advanced Open Water divers.
08:10am – Meet up at Semporna Tourist Jetty (Jetty Pelancongan Semporna)
08:30am – Boat departure
09:30am – 1st fun diving session at Mabul Island
11:30am – Lunch break
12:30pm – 2nd fun diving session at Mabul Island
14:30pm – Depart to Kapalai for 3rd fun diving session
16:00pm – Back to Semporna
- Min. Age: 12 years old for JUNIOR AOW DIVER (21 meters), 15 years old for AOW DIVER (30 meters)
- To become an Advanced Open Water Diver, you must already hold an Open Water Diver certification
- Participants must be aged under 60 to take part in this activity. Must be physical fitness through the medical questionaire only allowed to enrol the course
- Please ensure that any departing flights are scheduled after 11:00 am to allow for a minimum surface interval of 18 hours following your final dive to reduce the risk of decompression sickness. If you plan to travel by bus to Kota Kinabalu (KK), it is advisable to depart the following morning, as the route traverses mountain roads at elevations exceeding 400 meters above sea level.
