08:00am – Meet up at Semporna Tourist Jetty (Jetty Pelancongan Semporna) for registration and dive equipment preparation
08:40am – Boat departure
09:30am – First Dive – Theory Briefing & Skill Trainings
11:30am – Lunch Break on boat
12:30pm – Second Dive – Theory Briefing & Skill Trainings
2:30pm – Third Dive – Theory Briefing & Skill Trainings
3:30pm – Back to Semporna
DAY 2 – Mataking Island
08:00am – Meet up at Semporna Tourist Jetty (Jetty Pelancongan Semporna) for registration and dive equipment preparation
08:40am – Boat departure
09:30am – First Dive – Theory Briefing & Skill Trainings
11:30am – Lunch Break on boat
12:30pm – Second Dive – Theory Briefing & Skill Trainings

DAY 3 – Sipadan Island
07:30am – Meet up at Semporna Tourist Jetty (Jetty Pelancongan Semporna) for registration and dive equipment preparation.

09:30am – Registration in Sipadan Island and Dive Briefing
10:00am – First Dive
11:30am – Lunch Break on Island
12:30pm – Second Dive
2:30pm – Third Dive
3:30pm – Back to Semporna
The itinerary may be adjusted based on weather conditions, tides, and other factors to ensure safety.
- Min. Age: 12 years old for JUNIOR AOW DIVER (21 meters), 15 years old for AOW DIVER (30 meters)
- To become an Advanced Open Water Diver, you must already hold an Open Water Diver certification
- Participants must be aged under 60 to take part in this activity. Must be physical fitness through the medical questionaire only allowed to enrol the course
- Please ensure that any departing flights are scheduled after 11:00 am to allow for a minimum surface interval of 18 hours following your final dive to reduce the risk of decompression sickness. If you plan to travel by bus to Kota Kinabalu (KK), it is advisable to depart the following morning, as the route traverses mountain roads at elevations exceeding 400 meters above sea level.
